All of our caregivers are licensed, certified, and trained to provide you with exceptional service. Staff are carefully selected and screened through AHCA Level- 2 Background Screening Clearinghouse, and also screened through FDLE Sexual Offender Check prior to hiring. Caregivers must also have completed the necessary job requirements with taking the HIV/AIDS-Infection Control training, Alzheimer’s and Dementia training, Certified in CPR- Basic Life Support. In addition, to the basic job requirements, our staff are required to take Annual Training courses that is mandatory through the State of Florida. Our caregivers are either Certified- Home Health Aides, Licensed-CNA’s, Licensed LPN’s, or Licensed RN’s that must pass a Competency Exam that tests their knowledge, skills, and abilities prior to employment. Our nursing staff is also supervised by our RN-(Registered Nurse)-Director.
